Hello Tornato! These are the ones I'd love to try. I'm open to trying any sort of sweet pepper too, if there are extras.

I would like more info about dill Frank's Extra Large, just out of curiosity. Google only spit out a hit on myfolia, and there was no description. Is it part of a research project or similar non commercial origin?
I have a great deal of difficulty growing enough dill for all it's possible uses in the summer. My germination is terrible and I am lucky to get a few sprigs by the end of summer. Tips are welcome, and Ill start a thread in the herbs section. - Lisa |

Mike, if I was the seed donor, it is Blacktail, not Blackhawk Mountain. Mea culpa. Interesting if there is another variety, but I didn't see Blackhawk on google. - Lisa |

Oldman, in case you are unaware, bronze fennel doesn't play well when grown around many vegetables, especially tomatoes. I have no firsthand experience, but it is mentioned on many companion growing sites. No problem if you are growing with ornamentals, and good for pollinators. - Lisa |
Lisa that the 2d time in this thread. I guess that means I can't read or I can't type. Thanks. Mike

Golden pearls didn't kill me :-)[/QUOTE] I guess you ate the ripe ones. ;) And, the leaves are sometimes smoked.:?:MMMM participants can guess why. |
I forgot the cuke that I posted in the spoiler alert thread, earlier this year.
Yamato Sanjaku Yamato Sanjaku sport? A rusty/amber/brown colored variant of YS that showed up in my garden this year. It has the same size, shape, taste, DTM, as the regular green one. I don't have many seeds, so just a few seeds each to the people who want to experiment. |
I could only find a couple of references. On Gardenweb in 2010, it was said to get 7 feet tall. And, here at T'ville, you may want to PM "nicky", who had it in her collection in 2012. Meanwhile, I'll try to find the source for the 2018 MMMM.
