Well I was going to go down and get the top organizer but this lady my age walked by the house I know and we spent hours talking.
This time we exchanged phone numbers.
This is about my third or fourth meeting with her.
We have a date in the future to go out west to the family 2000 acre ranch to do ultra long range rifle target shooting.
We, I mean both blab as much as the other.

Decided to get the whole kit and caboodle.
The bottom with rollers the parts basket and the organizer.
Last night I was reading about them and a person on a forum siad he got a great deal at Home Depot.
What he did was get the bottom roller the middle one like I bought and the organizer.
The organizer costs 29.99.
The person at the register just rang up the top box thinking it was all one unit.
The guy ended up only paying $30.00 for all of it.
People were cheering him on and some were calling him a rotten thief.

Well today I decided to see if it would work.
I stacked and locked everything together and went to the register.
The nice lady I see there all the time rang it up as $29.99.
What a steal.
And that is exactly what it is stealing, shop lifting, no more than a common thief.
I told her I cant do that to you there is a price on each one and for me to walk out of here not only would I be stealing you would get into trouble.
Plus I see you all the time and you know who I am by face alone.
She thanked me so much for being honest and said it looked like all one item.
She didn't even look in the boxes to see if I was stealing anything.
Which I wasn't.

In the picture in the next post you will see all of them.
Then you will see them in the truck.
They are full of all sorts of tools meters fittings and what have you.
Before every time I needed something I had to move crap and old paper boxes all over the place to find and or get it.
It was stressful to no end.
Not only that now I can take all my tools out and put them in the garage while not at work.
I chose this brand for many reasons one of which they fit in my truck perfectly.
Very happy with the product and the find the piece of mind alone is well worth the price no more digging for lost stuff.:D:D:D

Here they all are and then stacked in the truck the one with the rollers is behind the front stack.
Fits snugly and no moving around.
I can get in the middle one to get daily tools without removing the top one it just flips open.
I was getting extremely ticked off every day looking for stuff in a junk pile.:(

I am loving my new All American 915 pressure canner. After I figured out to be real careful making sure the lid was very even, it's been just a gem of a piece of equipment. Extremely well made, American made is a good thing, and easy to use.

I bought a Presto dehydrator.
It is dandy drying hot peppers. It has 4 trays.
Right now it is loaded with different kinds of peppers, from mild to super hots.

And I am loving my Kitchenaid Food Strainer attachment.

Today I zipped through a paper shopping bag full of tomatoes that my neighbor delivered to my door, in a fraction of the time and with a fraction of the mess of the Victorio foodmill.

I've thought about getting one of those but the reviews for the plastic breaking so easily has kept me at a distance. How do you think it will fare with use?

I currently have no concerns. I have no plans to use it for anything other than tomatoes and apples, and I have read the instructions and tips that say tomatoes should be put through raw and apples cut, cored and cooked until soft but not mushy. And I did run the discharge through a second time to get more pulp out of them.

Thanks, I appreciate your thoughts on this product.

The problem I had with my Kitchenaid was after an hour or so of heavy use the motor oil heated up and dripped into the bowl of strained tomatoes.

Yeah, I had the same problem too with regular use for cookies or something like it. Tossed it all out and called kitchenaid. They said it's food grade oil and i told them I didn't appreciate it dripping into my cookie dough. I just watch it now, I don't make large batches anymore.
