I have about 50-50 on my large plants as far as those that look healthy and those that look like they've been to war. :(

Last year I said that I would use row cover this year to protect my seedlings while they're outside. I should have kept my promise. The 20-40% shade protection would have probably kept me from having ANY damage.

Here in Cypress all of my babies look like they made it with the possible exception of Brandywine Sudduth and it is one of the few that I have a backup for. That should do it for frost this year. I went out around eleven and told my babies that it was now time to Grow Baby!!

39 degrees this morning but nice and sunny now with temps expected to be in the 70s. have them uncovered now and they look pretty good
