Tania,
These flowers are nice, but I miss the red or at least pink. I love the red to green also images of my favorite paintings by Paul Cezanne.I really looking forward to the red to appear.

This year, I grow one tomato plant Kumato on the bed, the second in the 10 liter bucket with occasional watering kitchen salt (to increase sweetness). Today I compared the taste and I did not recognize any difference. It's very good sweet tomato.

Is that kumato plant photo accurately representing the green fruit as much darker than most commercial types? I've been looking for varieties with the dark-green (dg) trait, which is supposed to appear this way in immature fruit.

There is no Czech biftekové tomato (only Brutus) . This year I tried to grow this beefsteak tomatoes: Anna Russian,Beefmaster VFN, Brandywine Cowlick´s, Brandywine OTV, Brandywine Sudduth´s, Cherokee Purple, Costoluto Genovese, Crnkovic Yugoslavian, Cuor di Bue, Dester, Earl´s Faux, Indian Stripe, KBX, Kosovo, Neves Azorean Red, Oxheart, Prudence Purple, Wes and twenty four Spanish beefsteak.
In 2015 I will grow only twenty beefsteak tomatoes, of which about half will be Spanish. This year I saw no difference in growth between the Spanish beefsteaks (they are often a variety of higher altitudes) and other beefsteaks varieties.
Vladimír
PS.: Of course, I also photographed other than Spanish beefsteaks, but I think that putting for example Neves Azorean Red on this web, would be pointless.

Any breeding or just for consumption?

I grew several of those you have, can't say I dislike any of them.

This season I grew a lot of very tasty Spanish tomatoes. It was a tomatoes red, pink, purple and black, no orange, white or yellow. I could not ensure the seeds of these tomatoes this year. Next year I shall create a private gene bank of old Spanish and Czech varieties. I was pleased that joined to me Moshou. I sent him seeds of twelve varieties of Spanish.

After a very cold May last week warmed with us and tomatoes finally began to grow. Today I started work on my gene bank. I put into bags from curtains 45 tomato plants, mostly Spanish steaks.. Weather should be optimal for the pollination of flowers, 25- 30 ° C and dry (forecast for the next fourteen days).

It's a very nice tomato and tasted me a lot. I have found no other information on the Internet.

Your Rosa de Huesca looks strange to me. Do you know more details about it?

Under that name you usually see "Rosa de Barbastro", but Huesca is big and is also used for other varieties.

Ilex, thank you for your feedback. You're right that the tomato is really resembles Rosa de Barbastro. But the tomato is indeed Rosa de Huesca, as shown on this website

Seeds I got from J.A.O.Lopez (Baikal). How this tomato tastes me I'll write later. I do not still ripe tomatoes Rosa de Huesca. Picture of green fruit.
