rggs ready but plants are still not hardened off after having to put them back under the lights in basement for 6 days because i had to go out of town, now the weather won't cooperate, had 2 good days of warm weather but no clouds, had to keep moving them around the yard looking for semi shade and no wind gales!, now today was suppose to be partly sunny which i thought - great, but NO! cloudy , then down pours of rain! should of stayed up north ! could of been camping ---fishing---and drinking beer! (or jack n cokes). lol

Worth1 June 3, 2017 03:28 PM

Well it looks like everything is ready.
You will be putting them in their new home soon.

Wow - nice rig!

Will a grow bag go inside the Menard's buckets with the large holes? What size holes? What did you use to cut them?

I miss Menards and Fleet Farm! As hard as it must be to wait, it's already stinking hot in the south and I've lost about 5% of my plants to disease. Never lost one in Wisconsin that I can remember.

don't know about the grow bags, some use walmart bags, i sewed mine own up from landscape fabric, . the holes are 3 inch , used a 3 inch hole saw, and if you want to save wear and tear on your wrist, run the drill in reverse. trust me it works. ---tom

It's Dennis,isn't it?

Please remember that N0 partisan political names are allowed at Tville.

So here's a gentle warning to please not do it again. And I'm sure you also remember that no discussions of religion are allowed here either.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation .
don't know what politics have to do with this
I don't either. I was referring to a period of time. Is that confusing?
i'm lost on the horse comment, unless your talking about my dog!
That's a dog?? It looks like the back end of a horse. False foreshortening, I guess.

Anyway, nice setup.

yah a horse that's as big as a 5 gallon bucket! a 10 year old chocolate lab that has had a knee replacement and the other one is torn, sorry she looks so big, don't let her run too much so she needs another surgery at $2,500 , if I do she limps around for days. I think she still might like you tho.---tom

Our chocolate had ACL surgery on both knees--one at 8 years old and the other at 9. She was running, swimming, jumping, and basically acting like a Lab until Cushing's disease slowed her down at the age of 15. The surgeries were money well spent.

I thought that it was a horse too which is kind of funny.

Plants look nice though.

Nice set up encore. I'm attempting to grow a cherry tomato in a 5 gallon bucket at my office/shop. Almost killed it last week due to lack of water:evil:

I was drilling some 3 inch holes maybe bigger in the back of a fire truck for hose connections.
The skinny pencil armed 130 pound weak guy with me said let me do it.
This was some really thick aluminum.
My drill almost broke his wrist and flipped him off the truck.
Our nick name for him was squiggly I came up with it and even the owner of the company called him that.:))
