Quick Corn Salad
This is a great chilled salad for summer!
[B]Quick Corn Salad[/B] 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn 3/4 cups chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup green pepper 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup ranch dressing crumbled bacon Combine the vegetables and then stir in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle on bacon just before serving. 1/2 cup: 64 calories (before adding bacon) |
