Ants and Melons

Quick question. My Charantais melons are growing like crazy at this point but just yesterday I noticed ant activity on the plants, mostly in the flowers. Will the ants cause a problem with pollentation or damage. If so, how do I get rid of them without detering the bees.

Little Black Ants can do a certain amount of pollination. I know that's how I got some of my cucumbers early on. I'd leave them alone. I do not believe they will bother the bees. But this is not a topic I know much about, I am only posting my observations. I have seen very few bees anyway.
