Homage to Carolyn

As far as I can remember, I used to grow the Neves Azorean Red, Indian Stripe, and Kukla's Portuguese Heart from the tomatoes that Carolyn introduced to us on Tomatoville. At the moment I do not know more. Help!!!

According to Tatania's TOMATObase, Carolyn had something to do with the introduction of these varieties. (question marks are where she helped with distribution; should we count those or no?)

Well, as I am the member that provided the seeds of Anna Margaret's Heart initially to Carolyn, along with numerous emails discussing such, she was instrumental in introducing the variety. Although not one of the more popular varieties, she did include it in her last SSE listing. So I am forever grateful for her efforts in doing so and I miss corresponding with her. We were discussing a possible mutation of the tomato which had shown orange fruit instead of pink and unfortunately that discussion will never be completed.

Jaune Flamme, too, I think?

Krasnodar Titans, Indiana Red, Alice's Egypt, Arad's Pink Heart, and Blush come to mind right away. I'll have to search my old databases and get a more complete list posted.

Dutka's Pink is a definite - I supplied her with the original seed and she offered them in her 2012 seed offer ....

She sure was an amazing lady and she gave us a lot. She brought forth so many varieties for us to try.

I tried growing Noire de Crimee at her recommendation, and did not regret it. Excelent yield and taste.

While Carolyn did distribute Blush, it isn't really Yesteryear tomato.

And it was released the same year by Seeds of Change. So I don't know if it fits here.
