Probably won't go bad if the lids sealed.
i have a question, now the question is ---how long you think these jars will last in frig. before going bad?---thanks---tom
Not very long at my house! :)) I usually drink a pint with breakfast 3 or 4 times a week. We put up 73 quarts of juice this year. Love that tomato juice.

In answer to your question, it'll probably last several weeks as long it is kept in the frig.

Would freezing the juice change the flavor?

Worth1 September 18, 2017 03:54 PM

No but it would be hard to swallow.

You will be fine if you let it thaw first.
