Found a few caterpillars on the tomato plants this am.....

....and began removing them by hand, but realized there were more than I wanted to deal with, and besides I could miss some. So, got out the Spinosad, and gave it to them for breakfast. Fortunately, the plants are inspected daily, and hopefully this will be nipped quickly.

I don't know about Spinosad but bt works very well on caterpillars.

Thanks. Foliage feeding worms/caterpillars is the number one insect on the spinosad label, but BT is next on the hit parade if I have to kick it up a notch. Ed
