please recommend a variety

I'm looking for something very sweet, thin skinned and very mild heat (preferably <5,000 scoville but can handle up to 10,000) on a compact plant.

Jimmy Nardello is a sweet Italian pepper with no heat, thin skin, that I grow in pots on the patio.

I like Cherry Moon. Bishop's Crown is also good. The heat is mostly in the seeds, so it is easy to remove if you want.

Franks...small bush pepper that produces well. Sand Hill is one source.
