More Cabbage and Cauliflower
The staggered start and planting has worked well in preventing having too much ready at once. This was the first cauliflower I cut on Dec 12. It was about 7" across and about a pound and a half.

This one is about 6" across and 1 lb 5 oz. There's another one coming along and it's about the size of my fist right now.
