Spicy Cilantro Sauce
 

While attempting to eat my weight in samosas today, I got a chance to try spicy cilantro or coriander sauce. Wow ! What a great new sauce to discover. A little hot for those with no heat tolerance but pretty reasonable to anyone that likes jalapeno heat level. I looked it up on google and found a few online recipes. Considering all the great cooks here, I was wondering if anyone had a personal recipe they would like to share. I am sure Worth has one.
