Has anyone ever tried those grow-mushrooms-at-home-kits?
They're increasingly available here, and Russian seed sites have so many... (even non-edibles for ornamental purposes!!)
One winter, I was given the kit in the link below. I kept it above the kitchen sink and it did grow some tasty oyster mushrooms. It did not last as long as they say it will but I may not have gotten the watering right.

That Tricholoma equestre used to be considered delicious variety in my childhood, and I have eaten it many times. It was shocking to see w few years back that it's no longer recommended.

Many many gilled mushrooms however are harmless and delicious :)

Next to our house there is a grass field. After raining it is full of mushrooms. I use to go to collect mushrooms, it is sooooo relaxing...

This time I collected fairy ring mushrooms and some oysters.

Very nice!

Tuncse, you are lucky! No hills to climb. I don't know how many years longer I will be able to look for them in our woods. Even if the ground is flat there are trees to go around and fallen ones to go over.

I remember living in an area that had cows in fields and so, of course, we picked 'cow mushrooms', (like the store bought ones).

As you know I'm a big fan of forest and wild mushrooms.

Here are the best pictures from 2015 season.
