What am I

I received seed for these hot Chillies last year from someone I give tomato plants to each year. Apparently the bush is quite large and the fruits are very hot, but he wasn't able to be of any help with a name, as he was given some fruits of them. He assumed the plant wasn't affected by frosts because of its size.

Does the shape help identify these chillies or would anyone hazard a guess as to what they are.

Could they perhaps be Bishops Crown?

Hello Mcsee

It looks like a Scotch Bonnet Pepper that is not as hot as the Habanero but on the little hot spicy side.

But sometimes my Habanero Pepper may start off looking like that.

But If it has a spicy hot sweet taste: it is called a Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Caribbean Red Pepper used in Jamaican dishes.
