please recipe for unsweetened chocolate

I have a box of this in my cupboard just staring me down. Help!!! Need recipe for something fit to eat that doesn't require condensed milk, corn syrup. Plenty of sugar, eggs, milk here ordinary kind but I won't/can't go out and buy something I don't have, never have, to make this edible.

I used to make fudgy brownies with these but got a better recipe for the awesome cocoa powder some friends laid on me and never looked back. But I can't stop looking at this box of stuff.... I want to eat it !!!! TIA.:)

Chocolate Vanilla Fudge

Two squares of chocolate, two cups of sugar, three-quarters of a cup of milk, butter size of an egg. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water. When done beat well, and add one tablespoonful of vanilla. Stir constantly and pour into battered pan to cool.

Rum Balls, yum!

12 oz. Vanilla Wafers, crushed
1 c pecans, ground
3/4 c confectioner's sugar
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/2 c rum (not too much)
3 Tbsp light corn syrup

Combine. Roll into balls. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
Let rest for a while (like a day)
Roll again. Rest.
And again...

If you google recipe chocolate substitutions you will find that you can substitute your unsweetened chocolate in lots of recipes with or without additional sugar,
I vote for brownies :)

I put about 1/4 of a box of brownie mix in a bowl, add a dash of salt, a dribble of cooking oil and stir in enough water to look like brownie batter should. Then I microwave in the same bowl until it bounces under my finger, maybe 4 minutes. No egg needed. Perfect moist brownies for one every time and no pan to clean up.
