It's that time again, better boys and biggirls!

:P
March means the beginning of serious MAGTAG planning. As you've probably noticed , I've been MIA from the forums all winter, mainly because of medical issues (none serious) and musical projects (including the Burlesque shows that were mentioned at last year's festival). Anyway, If nobody has any objections (or better ideas), I'm ready to send in an application to SW Area Park in Baltimore for a pavilion for this year's festival. Please check your calendars and see what Saturdays in August are best for you. Note that my Dad will be 90 this year and he plans to celebrate at MAGTAG! (fingers crossed).

I'm thinking about a MAGTAG Facebook page ... would this make things easier for people or just more confusing, since we're already on that "other" gardening forum and Tomatoville?

Hmm...gotta change the poster, too!

Cecila,

Just started my seeds last night and this morning. Here's to another year.

Perhaps we could do a Burlesque theme at this years event?

Yes?

Tomato Folks,

I just talked to Cecelia and we are thinking of August 18th as the date for this years MAGTAG. Unless there is objections we are going with this. Any thoughts?

Hmmm....Burlesque:dance:Wait, what was the subject?

I think we would be the very First Burlesque tomato event ever!

Cecilia_MD7a March 26, 2012 12:07 PM

Burlesque theme? Oh, no - I think I have my work cut out for me. So how does Aug 18 sound to everybody? Sorry I've been dragging my heels a bit on this, but I was recovering from surgery (nothing serious, and nothing related to my breast cancer). Let me know ASAP, so I can reserve our usual pavillion.

Cecilia_MD7a April 3, 2012 07:46 AM

Since there seem to be no objections to August 18, I will call Baltimore County and try to reserve our usual pavillion. I hope it's still available (since I'm getting around to this so late ...) Will yet you all know.
