Hot Pepper Relish recipe????

My landscaper/garden helper asked me to grow some hot peppers for him, The first year, he asked for a medium heat jalapeno: he said it was not hot enough. So he asked me to grow a hot yellow banana pepper: still not hot enough for him! But I out-foxed him: I've grown a smorgasboard of hot peppers this year, each with a higher heat level: the original jalapeno, a hot yellow banana pepper, a Mexican Sunrise hot pepper and a Bulgarian Carrot (5-6 x hotter than the average jalapeno!).

But now I've got a dilemma: he wants me to make a hot pepper relish from these peppers - and I can't find a canning recipe!!

Does anyone have a recipe for hot pepper relish??

I've never made it, but this site is known for offering only tested/safe recipes (when directions are followed carefully). You might see if this works for you.
