Don Camillo Tomato

Does anyone have experience growing this tomato? What size is it?

I got seeds of Don Camillo free from Double Helix a few years back. I'm going to grow it next year and have only the info from the blurb on Double Helix:

"... You couldn't ask for anything more if you like strong flavored red tomatoes...."

I don't, but I found these links. It looks like Carolyn was involved with it. It looks like someone I know from another forum might know something. It sounds like a great tomato. Large red fruit, RL, indeterminate, very meaty, flavorful, at least a little acidic, and productive. The pictures on Tatiana's definitely look very meaty.

This link appears to be for a different variety with a similar name ('Don Camillo & Peppone'); this one is a cherry (the one above is a beefsteak):

i grew it one year.
it was big, and red, juicy with a lot of seeds. i can confirm that.
it was late for me, so i haven't regrown it. i did save seeds.
maybe i'll try again and set out a bigger plant.

Okay, my friend on the other forum says that she grew it. It had large, strong, indeterminate vines. It was regular leaf. Moderate production. Medium large red beefsteaks. Very good-tasting. Late mid-season in her area (Kansas). She says she would grow it again (and is now considering it for 2020).

Delectation of Tomatoes sells it, and has a description! (My friend let me to know that.) See https://www.delectationoftomatoes.com/store/p801/Don_Camillo.html
