Eleven sweet potato plants grown from my last year’s crop were moved outdoors. Six were in large pots and five in smaller cups. The slips were started too early and had to be clipped back several times. The potato chosen was a purple skin and most attractive. I wanted to propagate it. Rabbits like the vegetation so I placed the plants in an enclosure.
This is the type planted this year. I do not know the name. The original was from a Supermarket.

The eleven sweet potatoes have grown well and are beginning to spread vegetation. Expectation is about six pounds from each plant.
