True TEA, yes. But HERBAL teas are made from almost anything.

Worth, out of curiosity whats the difference between the the hibiscus you're looking for and Jamaica flower? Also I'm surprised to hear that the stuff being sold is not pure and if not pure what is it being cut with?(this question is more for my personal curiosity than anything else)
