Hot Pepper Hanger (pic)

I'm getting a lot of these orange/red ones of the c.b. hot pepper variety. They have a nice curled stem that lends themselves to hanging.

Here's my latest creation: a hot pepper hanger. Hopefully they dry really well. :)

Anaheim chiles I string and hang to dry, You can buy them that way too. Use fish line.

Your row of peppers very pretty. Really adds to the kitchen.

Hot Pepper

A needle and thread work well too when hanging chilis to dry. The more air and ventilation they have, the quicker they dry
Nice photo...In a few months I will out in the backyard picking my share. I can't wait to fire up the stove and start roasting the chilis for my salsa.

Thanks for the inspiration. I'm going to add a few new ones to this project each day.
