Can Wilt Ever Go Away?

I had not planted tomatoes in my raised bed for three years as all my plants wilted and died then. This year I planted 16 new resistant plants and now they are all dead from wilt but one and he is not looking too good at all. Is there ever a way to "clean" this soil so I can have my favorite crop again? I really thought three years of no 'maters being grown there would do it and boy,was I ever wrong.

Aquannie,

I'm most certainly no expert in this regard, but I've read there are lots of nematodes in FL. Do you know if these are in your soil?

Other Floridians, can you help out here? :)
