Central New York Tomato Festival in Auburn, NY

Am looking for feedback on this event?
Planning on meeting up with a couple of online pals there.
Is it just a big tomato party or are there vendors I should be trying to find? Or trying to steer clear of??

Anyone else from here planning on spending Sunday, Sept 9th there??
