See and I need some of those 90's for some fruit to ripen up. Its been nothing but June Gloom. So maybe if we join our wavelengths we can avg a nice 80 and sunny :)

Thanks Randall, its a work in progress.

:D Yeah partially thanks to you and your help (others as well). So far I pulled the Zebra as a precaution cause it had something going on with it but im keeping to my regimen and it seems to be paying off. Cant wait for my first ripe Mator. Im thinking the butcher will be ready first followed by the Black Krim or big Rainbow.

Thanks Worth. Im glad I didnt plant 6 in that raised box :dizzy: it would have been even more of a jungle.

We are hovering around 65 during the day but once july hits it will go up to 75 ish.

Thanks Kath. Its been an experiment. Last year i grew two tomato plants and poopy hybrids at that. This year I have around 30 plants and a few more varieties  so its a bit of a jump up in scale. But its been fun and I cant wait to start harvesting. I love sharing my produce too, i find joy in that

Everything looks AWESOME! Great job, love the planter box, your plants look so healthy, its wonderful !

Hey, if you're coming to NY, the foothills of New Jersey are just beautiful this time of year and I can use some tomato zen too!!! :) James will just have to share, it's only about a 90 minute drive....

Crandrew June 20, 2012 10:38 AM

I really do need to plan a trip out there!!! Thanks for the kind comments, now i just need some ripe tomatoes.
I made some bruschetta last night, with store bought tomatoes, and while it was still good it was not as GREAT as with some home grown mators....NEED TOMATOES!!!!

buckeyegirl June 20, 2012 12:02 PM
