Winter garlic

I´ve had this garlic strain for 25 years. Alexandra. I plant the cloves before frost and wait for the spring. The result has been good. Last season´s heaviest was 171g and the heaviest clove 29g.

Quite strong. Early spring when I pick a small bulb whit the green part on, the taste is really powerful. It has all the energy in a small packet. The supermarket garlics lose 6-0.

These are so beautiful, garlic is something I haven't tried yet, maybe this year.

Also, nice fish in your avatar. What is it, a cod?

Welcome to the forum.
