Now that is a beautiful sight! Enjoy those!

Way to go I am jealous, and my mouth is watering.
Last year on a bet I ate 131 strawberries from my patch in one day. Made me sick for days. |
I'm envious (in a good way..)! :) Mine are still at the flowering stage..
(red & white...) Are yours in pots or in the ground? |
the alpines are in pots ( 1/2 barrels ) , the rest are in the ground
|
If you could estimate, approximately howany seascape plants do you have?
|
approximately 50 . I don't spray for insects or cover with netting so insects and birds do get a few
|
I think my chickens ate all of mine. I'm moving them this fall to a raised bed on the other side of the pond.
|
I grew Seascape the one year. They were a good tasting strawberry. Got mine from that one berry place, name escapes me right now. For 50 good size and nice roots was $35 and that was with shipping.
Rags... Beautiful bunch of berries. Wish I could just reach out and grab a handful. Actually I could eat the whole containers in a few minutes. : ) |
