hi bob,
if you left the ends open in the winter the inside temp
would be just about as cold as the outside air.
this is the reason i made my side plastic so i could
raise them just enought to keep the inside temp at
68 to 70 degrees,i go over the shade cloth with 6
mill greenhouse plastic in dec.,jan. feb. that i take
the plastic of the roof,regards and good luck.
