My solution to the deer problem was a 5' fence around my entire garden. It has worked now for many years. I know they could jump it, but I don't think they like the small containment area.
The 2 pics of single plants were chopped off by deer earlier when I forgot the flats of plants outside the fence while hardening them off one night. I only had one Azoychka and the Granny's Heart was my strongest plant at the time so I didn't want to loose it either. They both sent out suckers and are doing just fine.
Maybe there is hope for some of your plants if they still have some leaves on the stalks.
