I'll do that. I'm crossing my fingers that Tom Wagner has some more blues available as well and I can get a few of them for next year. I've got several local chef's who would be interested in new and different + local and I also have the offer of an acre or two of farmland to plant whatever I'm playing with, so I'm spending the winter trying to plan how hard I can work and how much manure I want to haul...
