1.)combine 4 cups fresh tomatoes cored peeled and chopped or (canned)
with 4 cups tomato juice (you can use part chicken or vegetable stock)
2.)simmer 30 minutes
3.)puree with 12-14 basil leaves, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 stick sweet unsalted butter, salt and fresh cracked pepper while stirring over low heat.
garnish with basil leaves
