Had my first BLT of the summer today. "Crazy thick" cut hickory smoked bacon, thick slabs of Dr. Wyche's Yellow and Romaine lettuce on toasted "Ancient Grains" bread. Mayo on both sides of the sandwich!! Was almost weep-worthy!
Will have to test repeatability all weekend. Tomato variable maybe changed.

I also like a plain old tomato sandwich, just wheat bread, tomato slices, and Miracle Whip. Yum!
