MP, I've read through your posts. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. Similarly, you can show people how to grow their own food, but few of them want to put in the time and hard work involved. It won't work until people have no other choice.
Meantime, I agree with Joseph, agriculture as we know it is the way it is for a multitude of excellent reasons. You are welcome to try to change the world, but don't be surprised if few pay attention.
