First eeewww. Yes stuffing can be nasty if not made right. Jan and I both love stuffing and dressing. I think it is just a fun to make it as it is good to eat.

We feel the same about those packs of taco seasoning. Way too much salt ruins what taste is in it. That's a big part of why we're growing so many pepper varieties this year. I like our home dried chili powder much better than the store bought stuff.

Last year, I made Anaheim chili powder. The smell makes your mouth water. I also made Banana, Jalapeno, Smoked Jalapeno, and Tabasco. The Tabasco was too hot though.
