Got a little experiment going on here.
Fermenting cucumbers.
Probably breaking every rule in the book.

Salt content vinegar content and water are right.
Temperature in the house at 73.
Cucumbers covered at about 2 inches.
Cant wait for the bubbles to start.
If this even come close to working I'm going to buy a fermenting crock.
