What do I do when a woman calls me and says she is coming by?
I make her one of these.
She is my friend of almost 35 years and nothing is too good for her.
She was served this and then was treated to catfish coleslaw and potato salad.
It is pecan pralines and cream with my homemade dark coconut oil chocolate layered in it.
On top is three whole Brazil nuts a layer of red jalapeno jelly and more chocolate.
Then on the very tip top is a wee bit of homemade maple syrup.
I know it was good but I thought the girl was going to cry.
She is also the best cook I know.
