Thanks, Steve. Before we leased it, the land was used for pasture so I agree that the soil is probably rich with nutrients (I will need to have it tested at one point, when I can spare budget for that).
I will keep growing in the current gardens until I totally move to the new site. A friend will help me build a greenhouse. Hoping to finish it before the end of the year. I love to grow for the farm-to-table concept and I work with Chef Gregory Seymour's
Pizzeria Gregario located in Safety Harbor, FL. Besides growing for seeds, this expansion will help me to grow various varieties for different culinary purposes. I will also be able to take more produce and seeds to the farmers' market.
