Isn't it amazing how good mustard can make some meat taste.
Asparagus is one of our favorite special vegetables. They usually cost near $3 a pound. A local grocery store has been selling it for $1.29 a pound for the past 3 weeks. We have eaten so much of it lately - I asked my wife if she wanted some for tomorrow's meal and she said, " I want sweet pea salad". I guess you can overeat the more expensive vegetables too. I can make sweet pea salad any day of the year for around $1.25 or less.
