TSWV = Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus
Google has a lot of info online about it, so you can find out if it's a problem in your area and what it looks like. In the meantime you can try Daconil or another fungicidal spray for septoria. Check the label to make sure that whatever spray you use is safe for vegetable crops.
