I go in the store and on line and see these hot sauces for upwards of 10 dollars they must be out of their mind it they think I'm going to pay that much money for a bottle of hot sauce.
I am happy with what I make at home.
The xanthan gum is the trick to keep it from separating and fermenting the peppers.
I also made two funnel adapters with my lathe to fill the bottles.
