Default New problems

So after closer inspection looking for bugs I saw something else under the leaves of a MicroTom. It was causing the infected leaves to fold and close up. Same issue or different issue?

Is it time to just dump them all? Hate to do that but don't want to create more problems. I guess I'm asking if these issues are going to wipe out my plants and threaten my planting area for spring. If thats the case I'll get rid of all of them.
I have 110 days before I start my spring seeds.

Thanks, Scott
