Good question. I don't know, but there are F1 hybrid zucchini and at least one F1 hybrid pepper that are parthenocarpic. Unless both parents were, it sounds like it's dominant (at least in those species with those kinds of parthenocarpy; I suppose there are different genes for different kinds of parthenocarpy). I've never heard of an F1 hybrid parthenocarpic tomato (yet).

It's also possible that the cross will be parthenocarpic, but not to the same degree as the parent.
