I noticed moisture on the glass of my little KOOK Kwick canner gauge so I decided to take it apart and give it a cleaning and oiling.
This is why I like these old gauges they last forever if you know how to take them apart without breaking them.
This is also how you get into them to calibrate and set to zero.
