When I was younger I worked out in the heat and humidity and didn't think much about it. As the weather warmed up I guess it was human hardening off and got used to it. Now in my mid 60's I pick my time to be outdoors and take advantage of the shade. I began riding while mowing about 10 years ago and love it. What used to take a good hour is down to 25 minutes. Just long enough to be ready for a cold glass of iced tea.
