They will stay about that size. My other dwarf varieties last year came from purchased seed at the farm store. They got too tall, though, and had a tendency to fall over in the wind. The ones I had today were a lot easier to handle.
It was pouring down rain when I arrived at market. I showed up an hour late to let the storm pass. I priced the sunflowers at $4, mostly because of the weather. On a nice day, they'd be $5. |
