I think waiting until the jars have cooled completely maybe makes it look slightly better, LOL. And yes, the pork and sweet potato soup is as close to Jason's Deli version as I could get taste wise, so it IS good, just looks odd in the jar as the pork was so tender is almost shredded putting it in the jars.

Beef chuck roast, par cooked in broth. First one still warm, next is this afternoon.
