A brief update on the Yellow Green Giant....
The flavour is very good, okay in all honesty the best tasting tomato I have had this year. Very juicy, sublime sweetness to it- the type of sweetness that permeates your mouth but does overpower the refreshing flavour of it.
It funny as I have been looking for a pure yellow (large- beefsteak or oblate) tomato- one that is yellow when fully ripe and does not change to a golden colour. I hope I have found it.
As for a working name...and one not to create confusion with Tom's Yellow Wonder nor with Yellow Giant or Brown's Yellow Giant....Casey's Pure Yellow

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
Jeff

PS Any of you from downunder who would like to try this tomato out to see if it grows true or not, please PM?
