February 22nd-24th, 2019




Finally got around to making my Dill Bread.
For the bread I just used all purpose white flour and wheat flour and dumped into my bread maker.

  • 2c all purpose white flour (wasn't going back out to the store for bread flour)
  • 2c wheat flour
  • 1-1/4 water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • yeast per directions (bread machine directions)
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of Dried Minced Onions
  • 2 tablespoon of Dill Seed







Harvested some leeks for dinner. Thank Goodness its been warm the last few days or I would have never gotten these out of the ground!




The Bok Choy is from the indoor garden.




Started my tomatoes from seed and some were cloned from the indoor tomato plants. I also planted some extra Big Beef Hybrids for root stock, I'm going to try and graft some Cherokee Purple tomatoes to the Big Beef.
