I worked in the yard most of the day and made a simple meal that JUST ROCKS!!! I used this
recipe for the marinade and made Korean BBQ beef flanken ribs. I used what I had for veggies but this came out great. Jasmine rice with the marinade reduced to a thick syrup, carrots and cabbage. I cooked them for 4 minutes per side like the video but they were still a little tough so I used scissors and cut them about 1/4" and that made all the difference. If I do this again I would use a cheap cut of beef and just slice it thin.
The puppy dog approved of the leftovers on the bones!
