I'm still going for a chicorium cultivar. certainly if I see the red coloured stripes on the main vein.Cichorium has some red cultivars, for instance a few Italian 'radicchio' cultivars.The upper leaf has a very peculiar shape though, but maybe this is the result of a particular selection throughout the years. The flowering will tell a lot more,
